Caridad Inmate Services is not responsible for refused items at an Incarcerated Individuals Facility. Please ensure that the items you ordered are approved at your facility. If an item is not allowed at your facility, Caridad Inmate Services is not responsible for return shipping of these items. Used, Opened and or Perishable items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
Shipping Fees are non-refundable for refused packages.
Incarcerated Individuals in reception status at the Department’s Reception Facility will not be allowed to receive packages for 30 days from Date of reception.
Incarcerated individuals will not be allowed to receive packages while “In-Transit” ( Temporarily Housed at another Facility)
In Accordance with NYDOCCS Directive #4911 an Incarcerated Individual of NYDOCCS may receive Monthly Food Packages containing approved items. Family, Friends and Incarcerated Individuals are responsible for ensuring the items they order are allowed at their facility and the Incarcerated Individual does not exceed the allowable limits.
Any orders received within 9 days to end of Month will be delivered for the following Month.
Please allow 2-5 business days from order Date for shipping of perishable items. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for Clothing and Footwear. Please ensure that the items you ordered are approved at your facility. Please check with your package room for a complete list of approved items at your facility.
Package privileges are subject to change without notice. Please ensure your loved one is eligible (i.e.: Loss of Rec, Out to Court, Admin. Seg., etc.) to receive a package prior to placing your order.
